Abstract:
Disclosed is a processing system for recycling cleaning water in a cleaning sweeper truck. The processing system includes a tank, a high-pressure water pump, a high-pressure water spray pipe and a sucking disc, and further includes a centrifugal fan, a low-pressure self-priming water pump, a super-micro membrane group device and a blower. A wastewater sump is also provided inside the tank. A water collection sump, a coarse filtration sump and a fine filtration sump are provided inside the wastewater sump. The super-micro membrane group device is provided inside the fine filtration sump. A reverse-blowing aerator pipe is provided inside the fine filtration sump. An outlet of the blower is connected to the reverse-blowing aerator pipe via an air pipe. A valve III is provided on a pipeline connecting a flow outlet of the super-micro membrane group device to an inlet of the low-pressure self-priming water pump. A clean water sump is connected to the inlet of the low-pressure self-priming water pump via a pipeline, on which a valve II is provided. An outlet of the low-pressure self-priming water pump is connected, via a pipeline and a front valve V, to a water spray pipe provided in the fine filtration sump. A valve IV is provided on a pipeline connecting the outlet of the low-pressure self-priming water pump to the clean water sump. The outlet of the low-pressure self-priming water pump is connected to the flow outlet of the super-micro membrane group device via a pipeline and a valve VI.
