Abstract:
A processing system for word spacing is provided with a word spacing unit and a training unit. The word spacing unit subjects an input character string to word spacing on the basis of a probabilistic model representing the law-like nature of word spacing, and outputs the character string after word spacing. Each time a character string is input into the word spacing unit, the training unit trains the probabilistic model on the basis of the character string.
