Abstract:
The present invention relates to a prodrug of a benzoindazole derivative and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The benzoindazole derivative prodrug has a general structural formula of formula I, wherein R is selected from various amino acids, sugars, and other basic groups. The benzoindazole derivative prodrug has the following advantage: the benzoindazole derivative prodrug of the present invention and its salt structure resolve the problem of poor water solubility of compounds in existing patents, and can be used for intravenous injections. The benzoindazole derivative prodrug and the salt thereof of the present invention can inhibit tubulin polymerization, and have antitumor activity for leukemia, non-small cell lung cancer, colon cancer, central nervous system tumor, melanoma, ovarian cancer, renal cancer, prostate cancer, breast cancer, and the like.
