Abstract:
A product used for malignant tumour screening, early diagnosis, prognostic assessment, risk assessment, condition monitoring and/or efficacy assessment, an application of a reagent, instrument, module and/or processor in the preparation of the product, and a method used for drug and/or treatment method screening. The product comprises: (A) a reagent, instrument and/or system used for determining the degree of blood IgG surface biantennary complex N-sugar chain terminal galactosylation, determining an IgG surface terminal galactose linkage-free biantennary complex N-sugar chain abundance (Gal0), a terminal single galactose linkage biantennary complex N-sugar chain abundance (Gal1), and a terminal double galactose linkage biantennary complex N-sugar chain abundance (Gal2); (B) a module and/or processor used for calculating a Gal0, Gal1 and Gal2 abundance ratio value (Gal ratio); (C) optionally, a module and/or processor used for determining whether a target is suffering from a malignant tumour, and performing prognostic assessment and/or tumour risk assessment, condition monitoring and/or efficacy assessment on the target according to the Gal ratio.
