Abstract:
A product checkout device using automatic barcode scanning according to the present invention may comprise: an image capture unit which captures an image of a product to generate a product image; a processor which recognizes the location of a barcode provided at one side of the product and containing price information of the product, on the basis of the product image; and a robotic arm unit which holds the product and moves the product to a barcode scanner so as to allow the barcode to be scanned by the barcode scanner.
