A product maintenance service system and a use method therefor. The system comprises a plurality of maintenance points (10), a server (20), a manufacturer client (30) and a user client (40). The maintenance points (10) receive maintenance state information input externally, the maintenance state information being in one-to-one correspondence to combinations of manufacturer identifiers, product identifiers and part identifiers. The maintenance points (10) generate maintenance information comprising the manufacturer identifiers, the product identifiers, the part identifiers and the maintenance state information, and send the maintenance information to the server (20). The server (20) analyzes and processes the maintenance information to obtain a maintenance report. The server (20) sends the maintenance report to the manufacturer client (30). The server (20) performs statistical analysis on the maintenance information from the plurality of maintenance points (10), the volume of collected data is large, and the collection speed is high, such that the statistical analysis is accurate and quick, and the manufacturer client (30) can conveniently adjust, according to a statistical analysis result, a research and development direction, so as to improve the quality of products having high repair rate.
