Claims:
CLAIMS

1- A product unit (3) providing communication between the user (1) and the product unit (3) to have a faster and more productive sales by logging into (100) the product application (4) which is in the mobile device (2) to determine (200) the location of the product by GPS module (5) and to order(300) by the said user (1) and to commence transaction (400) between the unit (3) and the said user (1) in order to make the transaction of sales realized (500) by the communication system of product unit (3). 2- According to claim 1, the product unit (3) is a communication system between the said product unit (3) and the user (1) to determine the location (410) of the user's (1) current location.

3- According to claim 1, the product unit (3) is a communication system between the said user (1) and product unit (3) to determine of the position of the product unit (420) to have the user (1) to be position to the product unit (3).

Description:
PRODUCT UNIT COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

Technological Field:

The Invention is about a communication system which provides a faster and more productive sales opportunity by providing communication between the product unit and the user.

Known State of the Technology:

Today, there are different methods that consumers use during shopping. Different options such as one-on-one shopping, or shopping on the internet are available but the time spent and the accessibility carry great importance. .

Nowadays people do not want to spend much time on shopping and need to make practical choices for their shopping needs.

Using mobile devices such as computers, phones, and tablets is the most preferred form of shopping. Even though the ordering takes shorter time, the biggest problem experienced in such purchases is the length of time to get the product to the consumer Similarly, consumers sometimes encounter problems when a product sent to them is not the one that ordered or not as it is seen on the internet or desired size or number.

One side of the definition of shopping is the consumer, while the other side is the institution or organization that provides the product or service. The production side could face problems with the marketing and delivery of products or services to the target group. Since there is no system that can provide instant access to the target mass of the products, the advertising and marketing activities are performed in a general manner, which is not only a goal-oriented work but also increases the cost of advertising and marketing activities.

In the literature, as of in the patent application TR 2011/06538, it is stated that "In the online sales environment, buyers can divide the product service with the participation of other buyers, can make assignments for purchasing purposes, the present invention relates generally to the system; there is a user interface, a user information form in the user interface, a product / service information form, a participant identification form, a product identification interface associated with the user interface, a main server connected to the internet via internet exchange, the internet interface with the payment identification and payment interface and the payment identification and payment interface connected with the participant interface again, the participant authentication form embedded in the participant interface, the participant's invitation interface, Is composed of the payment center linked to the payment center".

The mentioned application is referred to as a system that enables sales over the internet. In the literature, as of in the patent application of Turkish Patent Institute TR 2014/02331 states that; "In a shopping center where products with barcodes are sold, customers can purchase the products they want to buy without the need of a company employee (cashier) through "Shopping Machine" which operates by installing cable from all the necessary equipments for the use of the place more efficiently and by means of a machine made from any material having front, back and side arms that the company can reach with keys when necessary, to have the unit prepare the paid products instantly on-line by encrypted data sharing. If customer wants to pay by bank / credit card, customer's mobile phone is added for security measures. By having the customers make their purchases through the shopping machine, the personnel costs would be reduced, the products would not be opened from their original cases and carried to a show room and these cost reductions will be reflected to the consumer as discounts and convenience." In the mentioned application, a shopping machine used in shopping centers is mentioned.

For the reasons mentioned above, there is a need for innovation in the shopping system between the user and the manufacturer.

Purpose of the Invention:

From this point of view, the objective of the invention is; To establish a communication system for the product unit which eliminates the existing disadvantages.

The other purpose of the invention is; to provide a system that allows for faster shopping. The other object of the invention is; to create a system that enables the consumer to purchase the desired product or service.

The other object of the invention is; to create a system that allows the manufacturer to sell to a target group.

The other object of the invention is; to create a system that eliminates unnecessary advertising and marketing costs of the manufacturer.

Another aim of the invention is; to provide a system that enables the consumer to make shopping much easier.

Detailed Explaination of the Invention: In this detailed description, the innovation of the invention is explained only by examples which will not have any limiting effect for better understanding of the subject.

The invention is characterized as a communication system for a product unit (3) providing communication between a user (1) and a product unit (3) that provides a sales service to the users (1) and provides a quick and productive sales opportunity, through logging in (100) by that said user(l) through a mobile device (2), detecting (200) the nearest product unit (3) of a product or service to be purchased (300) by said user (1) through the mobile device (2) ) for locating(400) each other by means of a GPS module (5) positioned on said mobile device (2) and product unit (3) of said product unit (3) with said user (1) and realization of the electronic shopping transaction (500) between the product unit (3) and user (1).

Figure 1 shows a flow chart of the communication system of the product unit (3) according to the invention.

Said user (1) is logging (100) into the product application (4) which is initially installed in the mobile device (2) in order to shop from the current location. The GPS module(5) located within said mobile device (2) makes communication with the GPS module (5) to determine (200)the nearest product unit (3) following entry. The user (1) determines the products he wishes to purchase in the product application (4) in which the products contained in said product unit (3) are listed. Said user (1) orders the product (300) he wants to purchase through the product application (4). Said user (1) and the product unit (3) are brought together by locating (400) each other via the GPS module(5) on the mobile device (2) and the product unit (3).

In a preferred application of the invention, said product unit (3) goes to the position (410) where the user (1) is located by determining the location of the user (1).

In a further applcation of the invention said user (1) goes to the position of said product unit (3) by determining(420) the location of the product unit (3). Thus, the electronic shopping transaction between said user (1 ) and said product unit (3) is performed (500).
