Abstract:
Disclosed is a production apparatus for obtaining solid CO2 and liquid CO2. The production apparatus for obtaining solid CO2 and liquid CO2 comprises: a solid CO2 capture module for capturing solid CO2 from exhaust gas; and a liquid CO2 preparation module for liquefying the captured solid CO2 and preparing liquid CO2 by using the heat of sublimation of the solid CO2. The solid CO2 capture module comprises: a moisture remover for generating a first gas by removing moisture in exhaust gas; a pre-refrigerator for lowering the temperature of the first gas by using discharge gas, thereby generating a second gas; and a solid CO2 preparation unit for capturing CO2 of the second gas, as solid CO2, and discharging the remainder of the second gas, as the discharge gas. The liquid CO2 preparation module comprises: a mixer for mixing the solid CO2 and a part of compressed gas CO2 to generate first liquid CO2; a liquefier for preparing gas CO2 by the vaporization of the first liquid CO2, and cooling the remainder part of the compressed gas CO2 by using the heat of vaporization, thereby preparing second liquid CO2; and a compressor for compressing the gas CO2 to generate the compressed gas CO2. The solid CO2 preparation unit comprises: a plurality of tubes included in the solid CO2 preparation unit; and a scraper structure surrounding each of the plurality of tubes and movable along each of the plurality of tubes.
