Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a method for, by means of simple attachment to various kinds of sewing machines at a low cost, collecting machine operation data and transmitting same to an analysis server; and a method for calculating production data by analyzing the machine operation data transmitted from the machines. A production data calculation system using a needle position sensor signal, according to one embodiment, comprises: a needle position sensor module for informing about a needle up stop position, which is a position at which a needle is stopped above a needle plate, and a needle down stop position, which is a position at which the needle is stopped below the needle plate; a machine operation data module having a function of collecting machine operation data by using a needle position sensor signal, and transmitting same; and an analysis server for, by using the machine operation data, calculating and managing production data such as work quantity, average work processing time, machine operation time, average number of sewed stitches of workpieces, etc.
