Abstract:
In a production design simulation device 1, equipment element information including an equipment CFP basic unit per unit operating time, a trigger condition for a work element in which the type and quantity of required parts are set, an output destination after work completion of the work element, a standard cycle time of the work element, work element information including a material CFP basic unit per unit consumption amount of parts, and link information that associates the equipment element and the work element in a changeable manner are stored, the first equipment element executes operation in response to satisfaction of the trigger condition of the work element information of the first work element linked to the first equipment element, simulation processing is performed by outputting the work element information of the first work element to the output destination after the work is completed, and the total amount of carbon dioxide emissions is calculated in a simulated manner on the basis of multiplication of the equipment CFP basic unit of the first equipment element by the standard cycle time and multiplication of the material CFP basic unit of the first work element by the consumption amount of parts. Carbon dioxide emissions corresponding to various production processes can be calculated in a flexible manner.
