Abstract:
A production device for carbon disulfide by circulating fluid bed comprises a storage hopper (1), a feeder (2) and a fluid bed heating stove (3). A hot carbon pipeline (4) is provided under the fluid bed heating stove (3), and another end of the hot carbon pipeline (4) and a pre-lifting device (5) are connected. A lifting pipe (6) is connected above the pre-lifting device (5) and nozzles (7) are provided on the lifting pipe (6) which can inject sulfur into the lifting pipe (6). The upper end of the lifting pipe (6) extends into a settling vessel (8) and the bottom of the lifting pipe (6) is provided with a fast separating device (9). A whirlwind separator (10) is provided at the top within the settling vessel (8) and a steam stripping section (11) is provided at the lower portion within the settling vessel (8). A cold carbon pipeline (12) is provided under the steam stripping section (11).The device has a simple structure and can increase utilization of raw material.
