Abstract:
Provided is a production device on-line maintenance system that reduces maintenance time by sorting out highly urgent emergency information from normal device management information by a data accumulator of a user and quickly transmitting the emergency information by email. A production device on-line maintenance system according to the present invention is characterized by having: a user production line that includes a gateway connected to a network, a production device connected to the gateway, and a data accumulator; and a maintenance device that includes a gateway server connected to the network, a server connected to the gateway server, and a diagnosis device, wherein: the data accumulator is provided with a data accumulation unit which accumulates the operation data of the production device, and a data determination unit that determines urgency of the accumulated operation data; and emergency information email is transmitted when it is determined that there is urgency as the operation data includes abnormal data, and the operation data is batch-processed and transmitted to the server when it is determined that there is no urgency.
