Abstract:
Disclosed is a ceramic ash production device (10) provided with a cylindrical, heat-insulated heating furnace (19) that is equipped with: a loading opening (13) in a ceiling (11) for an object to be treated, air-supply openings (15, 15a) in the sidewall (14) downstream of the center position in the height direction that take in air passing through a magnetic field, an exhaust opening (16) in the sidewall (14) between the ceiling (11) and the air-supply openings (15, 15a), and an exhaust opening (18) in the lower section that exhausts the ceramic ash of the heat-treated object to be treated, wherein, in the center of the heating furnace (19), a plurality of cone members (22), which have openings in the center and the reduced diameter side facing downwards, guide the object to be treated to the center of the heating furnace (19) by having spaces in the vertical direction with connecting members (23) therebetween and by being spaced apart from the inner periphery of the sidewalls (14), and the object to be treated is heat treated by respectively disposing the air-supply openings (15, 15a) in the sidewall (14) with a space provided therebetween and facing a horizontal-diagonal direction, generating, between the object to be treated within the heating furnace (19) and the sidewalls (14), a rotational flow of the air passing through the magnetic field, and supplying the air passing through the magnetic field to the object to be treated.
