Abstract:
The present application provides a technology related to a recycled aggregate production device and a recycled aggregate production method, which is for the purpose of efficiently removing mortar and paste components from an aggregate obtained from construction waste. The recycled aggregate production device to which the technology according to the present application is applied has a unit fixed liner provided with a horizontal size of 200±50mm, a vertical size of 400±100mm, and a thickness of 10±5mm. Inside the unit fixed liner having the above specification, 3±1 vertical striking bars are formed. On the outer edge of the vertical striking bars, 2±1 sloping transfer bars are formed. The unit fixed liner is configured to have a coupling hole so as to be fixed to the inner wall of a cylindrical drum. The unit fixed liner is coupled inside the side wall of the cylindrical drum by a coupling means. A sloping striking bar is installed on a branch shaft of a rotation center shaft such that, as a recycled aggregate passes between the vertical striking bars of the unit fixed liner installed inside the side wall of the cylindrical drum, the same is pulverized to a predetermined size. Simultaneously, a primary process of detaching alien substances and impurities from the outer surface of the recycled aggregate is performed. When passing between the sloping striking plate installed on the branch shaft and the sloping transfer bars, the recycled aggregate collides while twisting at a sloping angle such that a secondary process of detaching alien substances and impurities is performed. Simultaneously, the recycled aggregate production device is applied so as to perform a function of transferring the recycled aggregate to an aggregate discharge port.
