Provided is a production energy management system, comprising: a production/energy flow model definition unit which defines a production/energy flow model which represents, in oriented lines, a flow relating to input/output of production-related objects and a flow relating to input/output of energy between devices installed in a plant, said production/energy flow model being defined such that indicators of the production-related objects and the energy are associated with types of measurement data measured in the plant; a data collection unit which collects the measurement data from within the plant; and an energy computation unit which carries out an energy computation for each of the devices according to the collected measurement data and the defined production/energy flow model.
