A production line of hollow chocolate, comprising a rack (1), a chain conveyer belt (2), a three-dimensional centrifugal movement mechanism (3) and a mold quick-clamping device (4); the rack (1) is installed with the chain conveyer belt (2) thereon extending in a horizontal direction; the rack (1) is divided into a preparation region (a) and a condensation region (b) in a horizontal direction; the chain conveyer belt (2) is driven by a servo motor, and is uniformly arranged with a plurality of mechanisms in an extension direction thereof capable of centrifugally operating in a three-dimensional direction; and the three-dimensional centrifugal movement mechanism (3) is installed with the mold quick-clamping device (4) thereon. The production line of hollow chocolate enables liquid chocolate to be uniformly and tightly adhered to an inner wall of a mold cavity of a mold under the driving of the three-dimensional centrifugal movement mechanism (3), and prepares, via condensation at the condensation region (b), hollow chocolate having a housing with a uniform thickness. Thus, the liquid chocolate does not need to be directly prepared via condensation while it fills a chocolate package housing. The present invention has a simple device structure, a low procurement cost, a low requirement for refrigeration and reduced energy consumption.
