Abstract:
Provided is a production line for producing national-standard magnesium alloy ingots on the basis of magnesium alloy waste material, comprising: a pretreatment system (1), a melting and refining system (3), and a casting system (5); magnesium alloy waste material passes in sequence through the pretreatment system (1), the melting and refining system (3), and the casting system (5), resulting in magnesium alloy ingots that conform to national standards. The production line for producing national-standard magnesium alloy ingots on the basis of magnesium alloy waste material processes magnesium alloy waste material, passing same through a pretreatment system (1), a preheating system (2), a melting and refining system (3), a thermal insulation system (4), a casting system (5), and a post-treatment system (6); coatings and impurities on the surface of the magnesium alloy waste material are removed, and the material is processed into magnesium alloy ingots conforming to national standards; the pieces of equipment of each system are well-connected, the degree of automation is high, operation is simple, and production is highly efficient; an industrialized process is thus achieved in which magnesium alloy ingots conforming to national standards are produced directly from raw materials which are 100% scrap magnesium alloy products.
