Abstract:
A production management control system for electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid preparation and a control method thereof, which use a monitoring technology based on artificial intelligence, and ensure a preparation yield of a final electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid product by monitoring various parameters of a rectification column (R) and an absorption column (A) during an electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid preparation process; and during the process, dynamic change characteristics of the product are also used for responsiveness estimation so as to more accurately monitor whether apparatus performance of the rectification column (R) and the absorption column (A) are normal.
