Abstract:
A production management device according to the present invention manages production executed by a printing device that prints solder on a substrate, the production management device comprising: a production plan acquisition unit that acquires a production plan including a sequence of a plurality of product types to be produced by the printing device during a prescribed period; a difference information extraction unit that extracts difference information which is information about a member to be replaced or replenished when switching from a first product type to a second product type among the plurality of products types; a preparatory work time calculation unit that calculates, on the basis of the difference information, a preparatory work time required for preparing the member; and a preparation instruction unit that, on the basis of the production plan and the preparatory work time, instructs preparatory work including information about the member.
