Abstract:
A device for performing production management of a production system that has multiple pieces of production equipment (21) equipped with signal towers (22) indicating operating states of the production equipment. The production management device is provided with: a lighting state detection unit (12) for detecting a lighting state of the signal tower (22) of each of the production equipment (21); a check-required state data storage unit (13) for storing data of a lighting pattern of the signal tower of each of the production equipment (21) within a predetermined period of time, which indicates that the operating state thereof should be checked; a check-required production equipment identification unit (14) that, upon obtaining a lighting pattern on the basis of the lighting state of the production equipment (21) detected by the lighting state detection unit (12), identifies production equipment for which the lighting pattern data stored in the check-required state data storage unit (13) matches said lighting pattern; and a check-required production equipment information output unit (15) for outputting information related to the production equipment identified by the check-required equipment facility identification unit (14).
