Abstract:
A burden on an operator is reduced and Kanbans are prevented from being issued erroneously. A production control management system comprises a scheduled-to-be-issued-Kanban record storage unit (7a) in which the numbers of Kanbans with RFID tags (RFID-Kanbans) which are scheduled to be issued are stored on a component-to-component basis, an issued-Kanban record storage unit (6a) in which the numbers of issued RFID-Kanbans are stored on a component-to-component basis, and a management device (1). The management device (1) comprises: an instruction means which instructs a printer (2) to issue the RFID-Kanbans; an integration means which integrates the number of issued RFID-Kanbans for a corresponding component when the instruction to issue the RFID-Kanbans is given; and a comparison means which compares the integrated number of the issued RFID-Kanbans for the corresponding component with the number of scheduled-to-be-issued RFID-Kanbans for the corresponding component. When the number of the issued RFID-Kanbans is not smaller than the number of the scheduled-to-be-issued RFID-Kanbans as a result of the comparison, the instruction means does not instruct the printer (2) to issue the next RFID-Kanban for the corresponding component.
