Abstract:
Provided are a production method and production apparatus for an excreta-treatment material comprising granules that do not roll easily on the floor. The production apparatus 1 is provided with a granulator 10. The granulator 10 forms a granulated substance as a result of extrusion granulation of a material to be granulated. The granulator 10 has a die 12. The die 12 is provided with a die hole 13 for the material to be granulated to pass through. The shape of an aperture S1 on the outlet side of the die hole 13 is polygonal.
