Abstract:

The present invention relates to a production method for artificial marble containing amethyst and vermiculite; and provided is an artificial marble that contains amethyst which has an outstanding far-infrared emitting effect and antimicrobial properties while providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance, and contains vermiculite which has an outstanding thermal insulation effect while being lightweight as an inorganic filler material. The artificial marble according to the present invention is formed by the lamination of a first base layer containing amethyst and a second base layer containing vermiculite.
