Abstract:
A production method for an atmospheric-corrosion-resistant steel plate. The steel comprises the following components, in percentages by weight: C=0.03-0.08%, Si≤0.60%, Mn=0.50-1.50%, P≤0.025%, S≤0.005%, Al=0.01-0.06%, Cu=0.30-0.60%, Ni=0.30-1.0%, Cr=0.30-0.60%, Mo≤0.50%, wherein one or a mixture of more of Ti≤0.03%, Nb≤0.10% and V≤0.10% can be added, with the balance being Fe and inevitable impurity elements. The key process steps comprise heating, rolling, cooling and finishing. A layer of compact and uniform oxide scale with extremely strong adhesion can be obtained by means of controlled rolling and controlled cooling processes, which layer can have the function of "stopping rust with rust", such that the atmospheric corrosion resistance of the steel plate is improved; in addition, since the steps are simple, and no heat treatment, rust layer stabilizing treatment, etc., are needed, the delivery time of the steel plate is greatly shortened, and the production cost is reduced. The method is a green production method.
