Abstract:
Provided are a production method for a beer-flavored beverage characterized in that hops are selected and added on the basis of the age of said hops, and a flavor adjustment method for a beer-flavored beverage characterized in that hops are selected on the basis of the age of said hops. The present invention makes it possible to create different hops-derived characteristics related to aroma and taste by using hops having different ages for different purposes. In addition, by blending crops having different ages and different characteristics in a suitable manner, it is possible to provide a beer-flavored beverage in which fragrance characteristics, strength, and taste are controlled according to preference.
