Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a production method for composite resin particles that include a fluorine resin and a carbon nano-material and that have excellent moldability but are also conductive. The present invention is a production method for composite resin particles that include a fluorine resin and a carbon nano-material, the production method comprising: a step for crushing the fluorine resin in the presence of a dispersion medium; a step for dispersing the fluorine resin and the carbon nano-material in the dispersion medium to obtain a dispersion that includes the fluorine resin, the carbon nano-material, and the dispersion medium; and a step for holding the dispersion in a drying container that has a bottom surface and drying the dispersion under conditions in which a drying area that is calculated from expression (1) is 20–100 [cm2/g] to remove the dispersion medium. (1) Drying area=(S/W1), S being the area [cm2] of the bottom surface of the drying container, and W1 being the mass [g] of composite resin particles in the dispersion.
