Abstract:
A production method and a production device of an organic resin coated metal plate in
which a resin portion extruding from the opposite ends of the metal plate can be
removed surely. A metal plate feeding means (13) feeds out a long strip metal plate
(1) continuously, and a metal plate temperature measuring means (7) provided immediately
in front of a laminate roll (10) measures temperatures at the opposite ends (1a,1b)
and substantially in the center (1c) of the metal plate and inputs respective
temperature measurements to a heating temperature control means (14). An output
value calculated by the heating temperature control means is delivered to a metal
plate central portion heating means (3) provided immediately in front of a T die
(8) in order to heat the substantially central portion of the metal plate in the
width direction to a first temperature, and is also delivered to a metal plate
end portion heating means (5) in order to heat the opposite end portions of the
metal plate in the width direction to a second temperature higher than the first
temperature. A resin film extruded onto a preroll (9) to project from the opposite
ends of the metal plate in the width direction is caught and pressure-applied to
the metal plate by means of a pair of laminate rolls (10), and then the resin portion (2a)
in half fusion state extruding from the opposite ends of the metal plate is cut
and removed.
