Abstract:
Provided are method and device for producing a stereoscopic decoration piece wherein a bonding or adhesion strength of a lower layer material is not reduced. In a method for producing a stereoscopic decoration piece made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin, upper layer materials (11a, 12a) are placed on a first table (31) defining a cathode, an upper die (21) defining an anode is lowered onto the first table (31) to press the upper layer material (11a),high frequency is emitted for dielectric heating, the upper layer material (11a) is molded and fused to define a stereoscopically shaped body (14b), the stereoscopically shaped body (14b) is temporarily attached to the upper die, the high frequency dielectric heating is stopped, a second table (41) on which an adhesive lower layer material (13a) is placed is moved under the upper die (21) to which the stereoscopically shaped body (14b) is temporarily attached, the upper die (21) is lowered onto the second table (41) to press the stereoscopically shaped body (14b), cut out the lower layer material (13a), and adhere the stereoscopically shaped body (14b) and the lower layer material (13a). Further, a recess (43) is provided in an area on the upper surface of the second table (41) or the lower die (42), the area being located 0.2 to 1 mm from a position where a blade edge of a first processing means (22) abuts and on the side of the central portion in the width direction of the adjacent first processing means (22), and a cushion material (51) is arranged in the recess (43).
