[PROBLEMS] A production method of enamel paper in which quality stability in a flattening process is improved by using roll coater coating equipment and two sets of separate-method coating equipment different in coating method from the roll coater coating equipment and by constantly keeping moisture percentage before a flattening process to that within a specified range, and further staining of a conveying line due to an elongated conveying line after forming a coating layer by using a roll coater coating equipment and web break trouble by being obliged to convey sheets kept high in staining and moisture percentage are prevented to thereby enhance production efficiency. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An integrated production method of enamel paper for consistently performing paper-making, coating and flattening processes, wherein coating equipment consists of a combination of roll coater coating equipment and two sets of first and second separate-method coating equipment different in coating method from the roll coater coating equipment, with the roll coater coating equipment provided between the two sets of separate-method coating equipment.
