Abstract:
A production method for false twisting and elasticizing of yarn and a detection method for a tail-passed joint during the false twisting and elasticizing of the yarn. The production method comprises: carrying out a false twisting and elasticizing procedure on a plurality of rolls of yarn filaments which are sequentially connected end-to-end; and also comprises: (1) transferring yarns of the plurality of rolls of yarn filaments which are sequentially connected end-to-end through a detection channel, and then carrying out the false twisting and elasticizing procedure, wherein the detection channel is configured to collect information about the change in position for switching one roll of yarn filaments with all the yarn unwound to the next roll of yarn filaments which is in end-to-end connection with the previous roll of yarn filaments, and each piece of information about the change in position identifies a tail-passed joint; and (2) when one piece of information about the change in position is collected, replacing the roll of yarn filaments which is rolled up after false twisting and elasticizing and has a tail-passed joint, carrying out new false twisting and elasticizing for a roll, and then repeating the operation. According to the method, the tail-passed joint can be easily removed, the quality of the roll of yarn filaments is guaranteed, and, by automatically detecting information of the tail-passed joint, the phenomenon of incorrect recording or missed recording caused by excessive dependence on manual intervention is prevented, the efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced.
