Abstract:
The problem to be addressed by the present invention is to provide a novel production method for an α-fluoroacrylic acid ester compound. The problem is addressed by the production method for the compound represented by formula (1) [in the formula, R1 and R2 are identical or different, each representing an alkyl group, or the like; and R3 represents an alkyl group, or the like], the production method comprising the step A of causing a compound represented by formula (2) to react with R3-OH (3) and carbon monoxide in the presence of palladium, a double-bond-containing compound (α), a diphosphine compound (β), and a base, to obtain the compound represented by the formula (1).
