Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for readily producing heat exchangers having a heat-storing material filled into part of a filling space or heat exchangers having a plurality of heat-storing materials filled therein. This production method is for heat exchangers for vehicle air conditioners, wherein: the heat exchangers comprise a laminated body having a plurality of layers of tubes and outer fins alternately laminated therein; the tubes have a structure in which a first blocking plate and a second blocking plate are pasted together or a structure in which at least one intermediate plate is sandwiched between the first blocking plate and the second blocking plate; the tubes have a refrigerant flow path that penetrates tank sections provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction; and at least two of the tubes have a storage section that can store heat-storing material and which does not penetrate the refrigerant flow path. This production method comprises: a filling space formation step in which a plurality of filling spaces (S1, S2) that have laminated therein a plurality of tubes having outer fins sandwiched therebetween, that include a storage section, and that do not mutually communicate are formed; and a filling step in which heat-storing material (A, B) is filled into at least one filling space.
