Abstract:
A production method for hop liquor, and a hop liquor. The production method comprises steps of preparing a beer fermentation liquid, preparing a pre-treated beer liquor, aging, diluting and blending, and infusing hops. The hop liquor retains characteristics of liquor such as lightness and sweetness, has characteristics of hops such as the slightly bitter and fresh flavor of hops, and has good drinkability.
