Abstract:
The present invention addresses the issue of providing a production method for a laminated iron core, whereby, processing that follows fastening the laminate by caulking can be performed well. This production method for a laminated iron core (1) includes: laminating a plurality of punched-out members (W) and forming a laminate (10), said laminate (10) including a pair of first and second end surfaces (S2, S1), said plurality of punched-out members (W) being fastened by caulking (20) in the lamination direction of the laminate (10), and said laminate being formed such that the caulking (20) protrusion (20b) from the first end surface (S2) in a downward facing state protrudes downwards; placement of the laminate (10) on support bodies (401, 510) such that the protrusion (20b) is not in contact with the support surface of the support bodies (401, 510); and processing of the laminate (10) in a state in which the laminate (10) is arranged on the support bodies (401, 510).
