Abstract:
The invention can be used for producing directly distilled gasoline, diesel fuel and masut. The essence of the invention lies in the following: stock is pumped through heat exchangers (4-6, 8-10) with the aid of a pumping equipment (2). The hydrocarbon stock is successively heated by means of the heat of evacuated products, whereby said products are cooled. The stock flow is divided with respect to the number of first rectifying columns (14-16). Afterwards, the stock is finally heated with the aid of direct heating electric furnaces (11-13) and transferred to the first rectifying columns (14-16) for cutting into required phases. Thus obtained vapours are passed through first dephlegmators. From said dephlegmators, light gasoline vapours are delivered as a heat carrier to corresponding heat exchangers (4-6, 8-10) for heating the stock and afterwards to coolers (28-30). Liquid products are returned to the rectifying columns (14-16). Residual oil of said liquid products are heated in furnaces (17-19) united and pumped to a second rectifying column (20). Heavy gasoline, diesel fuel and masut are fractionated products. Said products are delivered as heat carriers in corresponding heat exchangers (4-6) for heating the stock through a second dephlegmator The heavy gasoline is cooled in a cooler (27) and united with the light gasoline, the specified thermal balance in solidifying part of all rectifying columns (14-16, 20) being maintained with the aid of the direct heating furnaces
