Title:
PRODUCTION METHOD FOR ORGANIC THIN-FILM SOLAR CELL MODULE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/175874
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is an organic thin-film solar cell module production method having excellent productivity and an excellent power generation effect. This organic thin-film solar cell module is manufactured using: a step (1) in which transparent electrodes (11) are formed on a first support substrate (10), then a first coating fluid including an organic semiconductor is coated on the transparent electrodes (11), either directly or via another layer, and first organic semiconductor layers (12) are formed; a step (2) in which facing electrodes (21) are formed upon a second support substrate (20), then a second coating fluid including the organic semiconductor is coated on the facing electrodes (21), either directly or via another layer, and second organic semiconductor layers (22) are formed; and a step (3) in which the first organic semiconductor layers (12) and the second organic semiconductor layers (22) are joined and an organic photoelectric conversion layer (30) is formed.
