Abstract:
A method for producing the compound represented by formula (3), the production method comprising steps 1 and 2 and being capable of efficiently yielding the oxazolidinone compound (3), which is an intermediate of rivaroxaban, which is useful as a medicine.
Step 1: a step in which the compound represented by formula (1) is reacted with the compound represented by formula (2) in acetonitrile in the presence of a trifluoromethanesulfonate. Step 2: a step in which the mixture obtained in step 1 is reacted with 1,1'-carbonyldiimidazole to obtain the compound represented by formula (3). The present invention further provides: a method for producing a hydrochloride of the compound represented by formula (4) from the obtained compound represented by formula (3); and a method for producing the compound represented by formula (6) from the hydrochloride of the compound represented by formula (4).
