Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for using acellular protein synthesis to produce rubber particles to which a membrane-binding protein is bound. The present invention is a production method for rubber particles to which a membrane-binding protein is bound, the production method including a step wherein rubber particles are combined with an acellular-protein-synthesis solution that includes mRNA that codes for a membrane-binding protein, protein synthesis is conducted, and the membrane-binding protein is bound to the rubber particles.
