Abstract:
The invention provides a production method of a sandwich panel. The steps of the production method are as follows: (1) preparing a slurry, the components of the slurry are: 37-43 parts of calcium carbonate powder, 4-10 parts of fly ash, 10-16 parts of aluminum hydroxide powder, 24-30 parts of jade powder or quartz powder, and 10-16 parts of AB glue 10-16; (2) pouring the slurry for a first time, pouring the prepared slurry into a silicone mold and stand for 8-10 minutes; (3) putting a core panel into the slurry; (4) pouring the slurry for a second time; and (5) moulding and demoulding. The production method has a simple process, and a low requirement and cost for the production process.
