Abstract:
Disclosed is a production method for a secondary original fabric roll for tissue paper products which enables liquid medicine spraying at a low cost, and enables the easy switching between a state wherein liquid medicine spraying is present and that where liquid medicine spraying is absent. The disclosed method for a secondary original fabric roll for tissue paper products comprises: a laminating step (51) for making a continuous laminated sheet (S2) from primary continuous sheets (S11, S12), which are drawn out of a plurality of primary original fabric rolls (JR), by laminating the continuous sheets along the continuation direction thereof; a liquid medicine spraying step (53) for attaching liquid medicine in a sprayed state to the continuous laminated sheet (S2); a slit step (55) for slitting the continuous laminated sheet (S2) so that the sheet is the width of a tissue paper product, or is a width which is several times the width of a tissue paper product; and a winding step (56) for forming a plurality of secondary original fabric rolls (R) having the width of a tissue paper product, or a width which is several times the width of a tissue paper product, by winding the slit continuous laminated sheets (S2) around the same axis.
