Abstract:
A production method for a cell aggregate containing a retinal tissue having a layer structure, the method comprising performing suspension culturing or adhesive culturing of a dispersed retinal cell population in a medium containing a Wnt signal transduction pathway acting substance, wherein the retinal cell population includes at least one type of cells selected from the group consisting of retinal precursor cells and photoreceptor precursor cells.
