Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of superfine fiber synthetic leather, and particularly relates to a production method of superfine fiber synthetic leather with a density gradient structure. In the production method, solvent-free polyurethane is introduced for application, so that the solvent-free polyurethane permeates into the surface layer of a superfine fiber non-woven fabric to form a compact layer, and then impregnation, decrement and post-finishing process are carried out, and finally a structure which is similar to dermis and has a compact surface layer and density gradient, is formed.
