Abstract:
The present invention provides a production method and system for an electrolyte additive. Vinylene carbonate is prepared by means of three steps of chlorination reaction, dechlorination reaction, and purification, and the ratio of chlorine to ethylene carbonate in the reaction process is reduced so as to remarkably reduce the energy consumption of the reaction. Fluoroethylene carbonate is also prepared by means of three steps of chlorination reaction, fluorination reaction, and solid-liquid separation and purification, and a method of adding an excessive amount of ethylene carbonate is adopted in the reaction process, so that the continuity of the reaction is improved and the generation of by-products is reduced, thereby improving the preparation efficiency of the fluoroethylene carbonate. Both the vinylene carbonate and the fluoroethylene carbonate prepared by the production method provided by the present application are characterized by high purity and can be used in processes related to lithium battery electrolytes.
