Abstract:
Disclosed is a production method for ultraviolet-resistant nylon superfine-fiber filaments. The ultraviolet-resistant nylon superfine-fiber filaments contain an ultraviolet blocking agent; the ultraviolet blocking agent is formed by blending ZnO with TiO2, and the mass fraction of the ultraviolet blocking agent in the ultraviolet-resistant nylon superfine-fiber filaments is 2.3% to 3.3%, the weight ratio of ZnO to TiO2 being 1: (0.56 to 1.15). The nylon 6 filaments and fabric of the present invention have a good ultraviolet-resistant effect and washing durability, and can be widely used in ultraviolet-resistant fabrics. By directly adding the ultraviolet blocking agent in a spinning screw in a blended manner, the nylon fiber produced in the present invention has excellent ultraviolet-resistant and antibacterial performance.
