Abstract:
The present invention provides a production method for a vulcanized rubber composition including: a rubber component including polyisoprene rubber; and syndiotactic 1, 2 polybutadiene. The production method increases the crack growth resistance of the vulcanized rubber composition and is characterized by: kneading the syndiotactic 1, 2 polybutadiene and the polyisoprene rubber at a temperature that is 10–100°C greater than the melting point of the syndiotactic 1, 2 polybutadiene; and vulcanizing the obtained unvulcanized rubber composition at a temperature no more than ±15ºC of the melting point of the syndiotactic 1, 2 polybutadiene.
