Description:
PRODUCTION METHOD OF WALL COATING ROLLS MADE OF FABRIC Technical Field

The invention is related to the production method of fabric wall covering roll which can be applied to all areas where wallpaper is used such as home, hotel, residential areas, restaurant, store, shopping mall.

Background of the Invention

Today, wallpapers of different designs are used to change the decorative appearance of the interiors. In view of the present methods, many wallpapers can be produced in color and shape. Health center, clinic, nursery, school, hotel and tourism facility, bar-cafe, restaurant, home, summer and seasonal, office and work places, cinema, theater, library, mosque and so on. Wallpapers used in places such as walls and colors are applied on the existing wall to give shape.

In the state of the art, the back side of the products produced as wall paper is made of paper and the surface part consists of plastic plasters. The upper surface of the wall-papers produced on the basis of textile consists of plastic plasters. Because of this reason, the wall where the wallpaper is applied does not allow air to cause mold, contamination and decay in humid environments.

In the existing systems, it is expected that the swelling caused by the paper swelling and the applicator error will disappear automatically. After one day, the air of the remaining dished parts is punctured with a pin and the bubbles and swellings are tried to be eliminated. There is no chance for the practitioner to remove and reapply the wallpaper to correct the errors. Paper removed when wet makes elongation and tearing. In the state of the art it is necessary to find an experienced practitioner, skillful to strictly apply the wallpaper. This is because it takes more effort to remove the wallpaper than the application phase. Again it is dismantled with great effort with skillful skill. The water-based adhesive has the property of being adhesive after the holder dries during application.

As a result of long-term use, the paper integrates with the wall, plaster and paint. To remove, it is necessary to deliver water to the area adhering to the back of the paper. It is tried to get water under the wall by streaking with curved knife. Since it does not provide homogeneous water absorption to the lower part, it is less likely to not damage the paint and the plaster. Most of the wall paper remains that do not come out of the wall with spud and sandpaper to remove and requires great effort. Today, in the application of wallpaper such as columns and beams in the recesses and protrusions of the so-called corner rotation in the application of the folds and corners of the paper is cut piece by piece application. This is the most challenging and time-consuming process for practitioners. In the utility model application no. TR201006642“Metallized thermally insulated wallpaper” is described. Invention; It is aimed to provide heat insulation in houses by making use of the heat reflecting property of aluminum metallized coating. In the patent application no. TR201617707“Fabric and ceiling and wall covering method” is described. The method of the present invention is a method of covering fabrics with a fabric which can be provided with a bulging and curved appearance on the ceiling by means of an arrangement which is installed on the wall to be used in the decoration sector.

Above are wall covering products for decorative purposes. Said applications include various disadvantages such as the need for various devices during implementation, application by an experienced practitioner, and costly production.

As a result, there is a need for a new technology which can overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages, is easy to apply, antibacterial, does not mold, does not rot, swell and intumescence, odorless, does not adversely affect human health, does not cause moisture in heat changes, does not tear during application. Description of the Invention:

The present invention is a method of manufacturing a roll of wall covering made of fabric; easy to apply, antibacterial, mold-free, decay, does not rot, swell and intumescence, odorless, does not adversely affect human health, does not cause moisture in heat changes, does not tear during the application is a new technology.

In order to accomplish all the objects mentioned above and which will emerge from the detailed description below, the invention; It can be applied to all areas where wallpaper is used such as home, hotel, residential areas, restaurant, store, shopping mall.

Since the invention has a breathable structure, it can be used easily in humid environments and does not cause mold and decay. The fabric of the present invention does not swell in the water-based adhesive and application errors can be removed by removing and reapplying when wet.

The removal of the invention from the wall can be made as easily as practicing. It can be easily removed in one piece without damaging the wall, paint and gypsum by spraying water on the fabric surface or by absorbing water with sponge using a dense wet cloth. The wall can be restored by wiping the adhesive residues with the wet cloth. The invention can easily be applied as a single piece in the recesses and protrusions at the end of the wall and the fabric which is matched to the wall from which it was removed. It is also possible to apply the product of the invention using the adhesive, spud, ruler, curved knife used by the wallpaper applicator in the wallpaper.

The invention may be removed from the drying and reapplied. Polyester fibers contribute to heat insulation and sound insulation. It also contributes to acoustics by reducing sound echo. The cleaning of the invention can be done by wiping.

All the advantages of the method according to the invention will be apparent from the following scheme and the detailed description written with reference to this scheme, and therefore the evaluation has to be made in consideration of this scheme and detailed description.

The invention is formed by compressing the polyester fabric of the printed fabric and has the process step of printing (1) the pattern on the paper by applying digital printing, transfer printing, flat dye or embossing (crushing process).

The invention provides a tear-resistant wall fabric (4) that is resistant to tearing during application, does not cause mold and rotting in the application area, and can be used without problems in humid and humid environments. The invention has wall fabric (4) which does not adversely affect human health by the use of solvent-free, water-based, sublimation printing inks. The invention includes wall fabric (4) which contributes to heat insulation and sound insulation by using polyester fibers.

Detailed Description of the Invention:

The process steps forming the method according to the invention are as follows; printing the pattern on paper in the printing machine (1 ), applying the processes that add volume and touch to the fabric (2), heat and pressing process (3), obtaining the wall fabric (4), wrapping the fabrics in the winding machine (5) and packaging (6).

The production method of the wall fabric (4) according to the invention is as follows: Firstly, it is printed on paper in a pattern printing machine designed in computer environment. (1 ) This process is carried out by a digital printing machine. The pattern on the paper is transferred to the fabric by heat and pressing process (3) by means of calender printing machine. As a result of these processes, the wall fabric (4) of the present invention is obtained. Wrapping of fabrics extracted from the calender printing machine in the winding machine (5) is carried out regularly in the winding machine and made ready for cutting. According to the demand on the cutting machine ball-shaped patterns 53,70,106,150 cm. width. After slicing, the products are packaged (6).

In the production stage of the wall fabric (4) according to the invention, 120 gr./m2 polyester fiber is used in order to contribute to heat insulation and sound insulation. Furthermore, the usage amount of polyester fibers can be increased or decreased according to the characteristics of the wall fabric (4) to be produced.
