Abstract:
A production process for an aqueous polyurethane (PU) glove, comprising: Step S1, covering a glove core soaked with coagulating agent on a hand mould or directly covering a dry glove core on a hand mould and then wetting the glove core with the coagulating agent; Step S2, soaking the glove core covered on the hand mould into PU slurry, so that a PU coating layer is formed on the surface of the glove, the PU slurry being aqueous PU resin or mixed slurry prepared by 97%-99.9% of aqueous PU resin and 0.1%-3% of aqueous thickener; and Step S3, baking or air drying the glove formed with the PU coating layer. The production process adopts the aqueous PU resin without adding any chemical solvent; the aqueous PU glove is non-toxic; the process is simple; the time for soaking the PU coating layer is short; and the production efficiency is improved.
