Abstract:
Disclosed is a production process for hot-rolled round steel 09CrCuSb with sulphuric acid dew point corrosion resistance. The round steel 09CrCuSb contains the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 0.06-0.09% of C, 0.26-0.38% of Si, 0.48-0.60% of Mn, 0.90-1.00% of Cr, 0.30-0.40% of Cu, 0.07-0.09% of Sb, P ≤ 0.015％, S ≤ 0.008％, Ni ≤ 0.15％, N ≤ 0.0060％, H ≤ 0.0002％, O ≤ 0.0020％, and the balance of equivalent amount of Fe. By means of the scientific design of the chemical components, a passive film is formed on the surface of the steel, and the corrosion resistance meets use requirements; and by means of formulating suitable and effective heating, steel rolling and cooling processes, the formation of cracks of copper-containing steel is effectively avoided, the industry breakthrough of the replacement of bright materials with corrosion-resistant steel 09CrCuSb as rolled hot-rolled materials is realized, and the yield is increased by 5% or above.
