A production process for a superfine fibre leather, the production process comprising the following steps: impregnating a base fabric; coating the base fabric with a layer of a low temperature foaming agent, and forming a foaming layer; coating the foaming layer with a layer of a low temperature elastomer, and forming an elastic layer; coating the elastic layer with a surface treatment agent, waiting for the surface treatment agent to dry solid, then forming a PVC surface layer. The present invention uses a fibrous nonwoven fabric as the base fabric, having advantages such as good water absorption, good softness, good air permeability, strong toughness, easy processing, easy washing, easy stitching and hygienic asepticity, the low temperature elastomer has excellent low temperature resistance, abrasion resistance and solvent resistance, the use of the low temperature foaming agent and the low temperature elastomer has little environmental impact during production and enables the whole process of production to be completed in a low temperature environment, and the leather has a good forming effect.
