Abstract:
Disclosed is a production process for a three-dimensional sheet for shoes. The main points of the technical solution of the production process comprise the following steps: A, material selection, in which a suitable material for shoe uppers is selected; B, mold pressing, in which the material for shoe uppers in step A is subjected to concave-convex three-dimensional forming by means of mold pressing to generate a single-color shoe sheet of a concave-convex structure; C, trimming, in which the shoe sheet treated in step B is trimmed to remove the excess part; D, pattern layout, in which data of the pattern to be inkjet-printed is preset in a computer processor of a printer; E, positioning, in which the shoe sheet treated in step B is bonded to a printing station of the printer, and the shoe sheet is positioned by means of an image positioning device of the printer and data processing; F, setting of printing parameters; and G, printing, in which a printing ink nozzle prints a pattern on the shoe sheet according to the printing parameters in step F. The aim of rapidly printing a pattern to improve the machining efficiency is achieved.
